Major Incident declared after blaze rips through Shopping Centre in Walthamstow

More than 100 firefighters, with 15 fire engines, are tackling the blaze at The Mall shopping centre in Selborne Road, Walthamstow that has been declared a major incident by the fire service. https:///youtu.be/mftgSmZlNes London Fire Brigade, which was called at 7.40am on Monday morning. A spokesman for the service said part of the roof was well alight. The cause is not yet known. The Met Police said officers are dealing with a major incident and advised people to stay away. Residents are advised to keep doors and windows closed due to the smoke from the blaze as crews work to bring the blaze under control. There are also a number of local road closures in place
