A major incident has been declared in Godstone, Surrey, following the development of a large sinkhole, prompting emergency response teams to take urgent action.
The situation is now being coordinated by the Surrey Local Resilience Forum, with Surrey County Council leading the emergency response alongside police, fire services, utility companies, and highways authorities.
