Manhunt Launched After Piccadilly Line Passenger Punched in the Face

Police are appealing for information after a man was punched in the face during a violent attack on a Piccadilly line train between Hounslow Central and Knightsbridge stations.

The incident took place on Sunday, March 31, between 8.20am and 8.40am, during a busy morning commute.

What Happened on the Train

According to British Transport Police, the victim had asked another passenger to move a buggy and bags that were blocking seats on the train. In response, the man punched him in the face and then exited the train at Knightsbridge station.

The unprovoked attack left the victim shaken and injured. No medical condition has been disclosed.

CCTV Appeal Launched

Officers have now released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak with in connection to the incident. Police believe the individual shown may have vital information that could help in the investigation.
