A successful interception operation by Metropolitan Police detectives has led to the conviction of Muhammed Zeeshan Ali, who was apprehended while on his way to meet a child for sexual activity in south-east London.
The investigation began after authorities discovered that Ali had been communicating with a 13-year-old girl via social media platforms. His intentions became clear when plans were made to meet the child outside Canada Water Underground Station on Wednesday, February 7.
