Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a serious incident at King George V DLR station tonight.

Officers were called to King George V DLR station at 8.37pm tonight (5 January) following reports of an injured person.

Paramedics attended, and a woman was taken to hospital where she is being treated.

Officers are currently appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident, or the events leading up to it, to get in touch as they may be able to assist with the investigation.
