Police hunt for Andover Flasher

Police Officers in Andover are appealing for information after a man indecently exposed himself to a woman. The incident took place around 2.50pm on Wednesday, March 16, as the 24-year-old woman walked along Artists Way. The man indecently exposed himself to the woman as he walked past her. He is described as white male in his mid 20s, with a scruffy appearance, stubble on his chin and short dark hair in a messy style. He wore sunglasses which had a thick black frame, with silver mirrored lenses. He wore a black, hooded top, black, faded jeans and trainers which had a bright orange colour on the side. Anyone with information on what happened, or who recognises the man from the description given, is asked to contact police on 101.
