A devastating Boxing Day crash in East Yorkshire has claimed the life of a 10-year-old girl, identified as Abbie Wilson. Abbie, a beloved child, died following a collision on Garrowby Street (A166) that also tragically claimed the life of a 66-year-old man.

The fatal accident occurred shortly before 5 pm on Boxing Day and involved a black Audi A4 and a blue Skoda Kodiaq, in which Abbie was a passenger. Despite the immediate efforts of emergency services, Abbie passed away shortly after being rushed to the hospital. Tragically, the driver of the Audi, a 66-year-old man, also lost his life at the scene.
