Van Destroyed in Fire Outside King’s Cross Station: Roads Closed and Buses Diverted

A van was completely destroyed in a dramatic fire that broke out outside King’s Cross Station this morning, prompting road closures and a significant emergency services response.

The incident occurred at approximately 10:17am on Midland Road, just metres from the entrance to St Pancras International. London Fire Brigade confirmed they were alerted to the blaze after receiving eight emergency calls from concerned members of the public.
Despite the van catching fire near one of London’s busiest transport hubs, rail services at King’s Cross and St Pancras stations remained unaffected.
