Police are appealing for information following a series of sexual assaults in Islington and the City of London.
On Thursday, 2 May, police were informed of two sexual assaults that occurred between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm. One assault took place in Bunhill Fields and the other on Bunhill Row, EC1, which falls within the Met’s jurisdiction in Islington. The victims of these assaults have not been identified, and police are urging them to come forward.

“There is also the possibility that the suspect has committed other offences in and around the Islington/City of London border. If you have been a victim of sexual assault, please get in contact.”
A man was arrested by officers from the City of London Police and subsequently charged with four counts of sexual assault.
