Chaos exploded just after midnight when a car was deliberately rammed into The Centre in Livingston – then burst into flames, sparking a frantic emergency scramble.
Firefighters Race to Burning Crash
Police scrambled fire crews at 12:20 AM after reports of a car ablaze at The Centre’s entrance. The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed a rapid response.
“We were called at 00:24 by police following a vehicle on fire at the entrance to The Centre, Livingston,” a fire service spokesperson said.
Two fire engines from Livingston station arrived quickly, battling the blaze for around an hour. They secured the scene before handing it back to Police Scotland.
Police Probe Mystery Crash – Injuries Still Unknown
At this stage, it’s unclear if anyone was injured in the fiery crash. Police Scotland has launched a full investigation into this shocking, deliberate attack on a busy shopping centre.
