An 18-year-old man from Riverside, Cardiff, is set to appear in court after a 17-year-old boy suffered a stabbing at Barry Island on 25 May that resulted in a leg amputation. South Wales Police charged the man with wounding with intent and possession of a knife or sharp-pointed article in a public place. The teenager remains in critical care at the University Hospital of Wales.
