Massive Search Underway in South London
Police have received over 100 public tips in their frantic search for missing 33-year-old Sarah. Officers have visited 750 homes, scanned piles of CCTV footage, and are combing open spaces in a major effort to find her. The hunt continues at full throttle.
Detective Pleads for More Footage and Witnesses
Detective Chief Inspector Katherine Goodwin praised the public’s support, saying:
“We’ve had an overwhelming response from the public—not just information but also the wide sharing of appeals on social media. Everyone wants to help bring Sarah home safe and sound.”
“We’ve already seized numerous CCTV clips, but there are likely many more out there. Please check your doorbell or security cameras—even if you’re unsure, it might hold a vital clue.”
“Delivery drivers and anyone with dashcams in Poynders Road area around 9.30pm on Wednesday, March 3, should come forward immediately.”
“We have poured in huge resources from across the Met. Right now, there’s no evidence Sarah has been harmed, and we remain hopeful.”
Last Seen Walking Alone in Clapham
- Sarah was at a friend’s house in Clapham on the evening of March 3.
- At 9pm she left via a back gate to the A205 South Circular, heading towards Brixton.
- She likely crossed Clapham Common and was expected home 50 minutes later.
- At 9.30pm CCTV caught her walking alone on Poynders Road towards Tulse Hill.
- Since then, Sarah has vanished without a trace.
