A police officer has lost his life after crashing on the A12 while rushing to an emergency call near Ingatestone.
Fatal Solo Collision on Busy Essex Road
The officer’s vehicle collided on a section of the A12 around midday on Wednesday. Essex Police confirmed he died at the scene. Authorities believe no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
The road remained closed for hours as specialist officers investigated the fatal incident.
