Firefighters from Newport on the Isle of Wight have been mobilsed to Rookley Villiage hall on the Island this lunchtime. A single crew have been sent to tackle a small blaze in the open within the grounds. The crew were mobilsed from Newport at just after 12.50pm in Monday following a number of calls from the public.
