A teenager Luke Bennett who has been named locally died after it is thought a group of children touched an overhead electrical line with a metal pole in Lancashire The children were trying to use the metal pole to retrieve a ball in a pond.
Shortly after 6pm on Saturday, (March 6) emergency services were called to Runshaw Hall Lane in Euxton following a report of a child being seriously injured.
