Human remains found at Tesco Extra in Portsmouth
A contractor who was preparing to carry out works in an area made the grim discovery of a decapitated body in woodland at the Tesco Extra in North Harbour in Portsmouth just before 11am this morning. Police have since taped off the exit to the garage and three police cars were at the scene.
