Hundreds of homes hit by power cut in West Wight

Hundreds of homes in the West Wight have been effected by the power cut is this evening (Thursday). A number of postcode areas in the PO41 region have been hit by the network power fault, that started to hit homes around 6.30pm Scottish and Southern Electricity Network engineers are aware of the issue and are working to restore power supplies as quickly as possible.
