Police launch urgent appeal after a man was discovered dead early this morning outside a property on Longford Road, Cannock.
CPR Attempted but Man Pronounced Dead
Staffordshire Police were called to the scene at around 4:30am on 30 November. Paramedics tried CPR, but the man sadly died shortly after.
Death Unexplained – Investigations Underway
A police spokesperson said: “We are keeping an open mind about this incident. The circumstances leading to the death are currently unknown.”
They confirmed the man’s next of kin have been informed and are receiving support from specially trained officers.
Police Appeal for Witnesses and Footage
There will be extra officers patrolling the area today to reassure locals and collect evidence.
Anyone who saw suspicious activity or has doorbell or dashcam footage from the past eight hours is urged to contact Staffordshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 110 of 30 November.
