No further action is being taken by Police following the arrest of a man with a crossbow in Cowes on the Isle of Wight at the beginning of the month. Armed officers from Hampshire Constabulary rushed to Ward Avenue and arrested a man who had a cross bow in a public place on the 4th February. Police have said that the man will not faces charges as he is now under the care of the Isle of Wight Mental Health team and he is being assessed
