A Trowbridge man has been disqualified from driving for three years after a dramatic incident in which he fled from his moving vehicle, leaving it to roll onto a pavement and into a garden.

Incident Details

In the early hours of 22 May 2024, Blerim Losha, 31, of Yeoman Way, was driving at approximately 70mph in a 40mph zone along County Way when he failed to stop for Wiltshire Police’s Roads Policing Unit (RPU). Officer PC Richardson initiated the pursuit after noticing the excessive speed.
The incident serves as a stark reminder of the dangers of drug driving and the swift action police and the justice system take to ensure public safety.
