Officers from Hampshire Constablary have descended on the Pan estate in Newport this lunchtime. A police van,dog unit and a patrol car arrived in Home Meade on the estate just before 12am on Wednesday. Officers remain at a property within the road. One officer is onguard at the front door of the semi detached property. Hampshire Police have been approached for comment. More to follow
