Police in Cheltenham are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man in connection with an assault and attempted robbery on the city’s High Street. The incident occurred on Wednesday, September 13, near Kaspa’s Desserts at approximately 5.30pm
According to reports, the victim was approached by two men who proceeded to assault him, hitting him over the head and shouting abusive language. The attackers then pushed the victim to the ground, kicked him, and attempted to steal his phone. They eventually fled in the direction of New Street and Waitrose.
