The Dutch edition of Omid Scobie’s new book, “Eindstrijd,” focusing on the Royal Family, has been temporarily withdrawn by publisher Xander. The withdrawal comes in response to reports suggesting that the Dutch translation accidentally revealed the royal figure involved in the controversy surrounding comments about the skin colour of Harry and Meghan’s baby.
The book reportedly disclosed the identity of the royal family member who made remarks about the potential skin tone of Harry and Meghan’s first child during an interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021. Meghan Markle, with a black mother and white father, shared the details of the conversation, sparking a significant crisis within the royal family.
