A safety alert has been issued following multiple reports of indecent exposure by a male jogger along the Thames Path, prompting growing concern among members of the public and renewed calls for vigilance.
According to witnesses, the white male, estimated to be around 6ft tall with grey hair, has been spotted wearing all-black running gear and a black water pack strapped to his chest and back. Notably, he is described as wearing very short shorts, which reportedly expose his genitals as he passes female runners and walkers.
