Woman Dies After Collision on A3
A second victim has died following a deadly crash on the A3 in Hindhead on Tuesday evening, March 3rd. A woman in her thirties, driving one of the vehicles, suffered life-threatening injuries and tragically passed away in the hospital. Her family have been informed and are receiving specialist support.
Crash Details: Two Fiestas Collide Head-On
The smash happened just before 6:30pm near the Hindhead Tunnel on the northbound A3. A black Ford Fiesta veered across the central reservation after exiting the tunnel and crashed head-on with a grey Ford Fiesta travelling southbound.
Police are urgently seeking witnesses to explain why the black Fiesta crossed into oncoming traffic. Details about the moments leading up to the collision are especially needed.
