Thames Valley Police are on the lookout for a nasty incident on a busy Oxford street. A man flashed a woman in her thirties near St Philips Book Store late Saturday night.
What Happened?
The shocking moment unfolded at around 10:15pm on 28 March 2026. The offender, described as a man in his fifties with shoulder-length hair and wearing blue jeans, brazenly exposed himself on St Aldates.
Police Plea for Witnesses
PC Henry Brown urged anyone who saw the man or has any information to come forward. He said:
“I am appealing to anybody who witnessed this incident or may have information that could assist in our investigation to contact Thames Valley Police. I am also asking anyone nearby with CCTV or door-cam footage to get in touch.”
