Silly Billy forgot to go to Court now he’s Wanted
Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a man who is wanted. Billy Carlile, who is 34 and of no fixed address, is wanted in connection with an assault. He has links to Hemel Hempstead and the Portsmouth area of Hampshire. Anyone who has seen Billy, or has information on his whereabouts, is asked to contact the non-emergency number 101.
