The Violent Crime Taskforce were supported by the Marine Policing Unit (MPU) after drugs were thrown in the Thames by a suspected drug dealer – UKNIP

 

Around 1pm on Wednesday, 4 November, VCTF officers were on patrol in New Cross when they witnesses a drug deal take place along Foreshore, SE8. The suspected dealer saw the officers and ran off. As he was being chased, he was seen to throw a white plastic bag into the Thames and soon after he was detained.
