Essex Police have launched an urgent appeal to locate two 15-year-old girls, Lily Gray and Maggie May Timon, who have been reported missing from Harlow.
The force issued the appeal via social media earlier this evening, sharing photographs of the two teenagers and stating that they are believed to be together.
In a post shared at 5:30 PM, Essex Police wrote:
“We’re working to find 15-year-old girls Lily Gray and Maggie May Timon, who are missing from #Harlow. Maggie May is pictured in the first image and Lily in the second. We believe they are together.
If you’ve seen them, please call us on 101 immediately.”
No further details about the girls’ last known whereabouts or the circumstances of their disappearance have been released at this stage. Police are urging anyone with information or sightings to get in touch as a matter of urgency.
The families of both girls are said to be deeply concerned and are hoping for their safe return.
Members of the public who may have seen Lily or Maggie May, or who have any information about where they might be, are asked to contact Essex Police on 101, quoting any relevant incident number provided.
