Wartime bombs found on Sandwich Bay beach in Kent

Kent Police say a number of wartime bombs have been found on the beach at Sandwich Bay this afternoon.

11 suspected unexploded devices were uncovered by a metal detectorist around 2pm today.

Some of the devices have been destroyed by EOD in a controlled explosion.
