Urgent Appeal After Serious Crash in Wroxall
Police are hunting for witnesses and dash cam footage following a nasty collision in the early hours of Thursday, August 29 on Clarence Road, Wroxall.
Ford Focus Crashes into Double-Decker Bus
The smash happened around 12:02 AM involving a blue Ford Focus and a Southern Vectis double-decker bus on the B3327. The Ford driver, a man in his 40s from Ventnor, was badly hurt and rushed to hospital.
Witnesses & Dash Cam Footage Needed
Officers want anyone who saw the crash or captured it on camera to step forward. Police are especially keen to track down two bus passengers who got off the bus and left the scene without giving their details.
“We are appealing to anyone who may have seen the collision or has dash cam footage to come forward. We also want to identify the two bus passengers who left the scene,” a police spokesperson said.
