Suffolk Police are hunting for two masked men after a shocking stabbing in Sudbury. Emergency services rushed to the White Horse pub on North Street at 11:50pm last Saturday. They found a man injured, who had just been stabbed moments earlier at the nearby Comfortable Cow on King Street.
Two Masked Men Armed with Blades
Witnesses described a terrifying scene as the victim was set upon by two men wielding bladed weapons. Both attackers hid their faces behind balaclavas, adding to the drama. The victim suffered a single stab wound to his arm before fleeing. The two suspects gave chase through the streets.
Police Probe ‘Targeted’ Assault
Suffolk Police say the attack was targeted, with the victim and suspects believed to know each other. The injured man remains in hospital in a stable condition. Officers are trawling CCTV footage and making enquiries in the area.
Suspect Descriptions & Police Appeal
- First suspect: Skinny build, at least 5ft 6in, wearing a black Adidas-style hooded top and balaclava.
- Second suspect: Slim build, 5ft 6in, dressed in all black with a balaclava.
