The fire was reported at approximately noon at The Set, a high-rise at 455 10th Avenue and West 35th Street, with emergency crews quickly responding to the scene.
The FDNY has since given an “all clear,” and firefighters have begun departing the scene. Traffic around Hudson Yards was briefly impacted as responders worked to secure the area and assess any structural risks.
