A 15-year-old boy from Cowes has been charged with preparing an act of terrorism after a shocking arrest earlier this week.
Teen Nabbed in Terror Probe
On Monday, Counter Terrorism Policing South East, with help from Hampshire Constabulary, swooped on the unnamed teenager. He was arrested on suspicion of prepping terrorist acts under Section 5 of the Terrorism Act 2006.
Facing Justice in Westminster
The boy is now officially charged and remains in custody. He is set to appear at London’s Westminster Magistrates’ Court tomorrow morning (Monday) to face the serious allegations.
