Mr Seabrook Disappears Without a Trace
Mr Seabrook was last spotted leaving his Ilfracombe home early this morning, Thursday 13 October. Since then, he has vanished, leaving worried locals and police on high alert.
What He Was Wearing
- White male, around 5ft 7ins tall
- Glasses
- Dark navy blue coat
- Tartan trilby hat adorned with badges
- Black walking stick
- Blue jeans and black shoes
