Infinite Helps the Royal Mint go Greener and Cleaner With the Launch of a New Multi-Technology Energy Centre – UKNIP

Infinite Renewables in Wales is leading the charge when it comes to greener, cleaner energy in the UK. Its latest achievement is that it launches a new multi-technology Energy Centre at The Royal Mint in Wales on Wednesday 19th July 2023 at 11am with a panel of experts comprising Peter Stevenson, Senior Technical Coordinator at GS Yuasa Battery Europe representing battery storage and Mark Peebles, Senior Business Development Manager, EWT representing Wind. Tim Hickman, Commissioning and Quality Engineer, Evo Energy will speak about Solar with Inga Doak, Head of Sustainability representing The Royal Mint. Infinite Director, Iestyn Morgan will discuss the more detailed aspects of the build itself.

The Centre is made up of cutting-edge technology – a 2MW solar farm (built by Evo Energy), 2 wind turbines, a hydrogen-ready combined heat and power unit (CHP) and a dual chemistry battery energy storage system (BESS).
