The girl, believed to be around 7 to 8 years old, was seen between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM, wearing a blue hoodie and shorts, and appeared to be carrying a teddy bear.
The circumstances surrounding the presence of this young girl in Hilly Fields on that fateful morning remain unclear. Authorities are eager to identify her and ascertain her well-being, ensuring she is safe and unharmed.
