Brothers Brutally Attack Teens After BB Gun Shotgun Blast
On 17 September 2022, Thomas Fenlon, 36, cracked a glass door with a BB gun at a property on Landseer Close. What followed was a terrifying assault alongside his brother Michael on the home’s three occupants, including two teenagers aged just 14 and 15.
Violent Attack Shocks Neighbours
- Michael and Thomas Fenlon launched a savage assault on the trio inside the house.
- A 35-year-old resident was stabbed multiple times in the head outside, bleeding heavily.
- The brothers continued to punch and kick him inside the home.
- The 14-year-old boy was badly attacked but escaped with minor injuries.
- A 15-year-old girl was hit with a thrown chair, cutting her lip.
Fugitives on the Run
Alerted that police were arriving, the brothers fled the scene and went on the run. Michael, 37, was caught and sentenced to eight years and six months on 23 March 2023.
Thomas remained elusive, attempting to evade arrest until finally surrendering on 27 March 2023.
Sentenced to Prison and Banned from Contact
On 12 February 2024, Thomas pleaded guilty to several charges, including possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear, wounding with intent, and two counts of assault causing bodily harm.
Last Tuesday (2 April 2024), Thomas, now 26 and of Mawfa Avenue, was jailed for seven years and slapped with a 10-year restraining order, banning him from contacting victims or witnesses.
