Scott McAndrew, 33, of London Road, Croydon, was spotted on 12 October last year stalking a struggling victim outside a local shop. CCTV footage shows McAndrew pulling up his jacket hood to hide his identity before launching a savage kick from behind. The victim was sent smashing face-first onto the concrete floor.
