Specialist collision investigators from the Metropolitan Police based at Chadwell Heath are leading an inquiry following a serious incident at a pedestrian crossing in Redbridge.
It is understood that a woman was struck by a vehicle on Eastern Avenue, near the junction with The Drive, shortly after 9:40 PM on Wednesday, December 4th.
