Default Heading H1

A major fire is currently being tackled on Hounslow High Street, with twelve fire engines and around 80 firefighters on the scene battling the blaze at a three-storey commercial building.

The London Fire Brigade was first alerted at 2:38am, receiving at least 27 emergency calls reporting flames at a mid-terraced shop. The first floor and part of the second floor are confirmed to be alight.

Firefighting Efforts Underway

Crews from Heston, Feltham, Twickenham, and nearby fire stations were deployed to the scene. One of the Brigade’s 32-metre turntable ladders is being used to tackle the flames from above, suggesting the intensity of the blaze.

High Street remains closed while the firefighting operation continues.
