Blaze Erupts on Hounslow High Street: 80 Firefighters Battle Major Fire
A huge fire has broken out on Hounslow High Street in the early hours, with a massive emergency response underway. Around 80 firefighters and twelve fire engines are currently battling flames engulfing a three-storey commercial building.
Fire Erupts at 2:38am
The London Fire Brigade were alerted at 2:38am after receiving 27 calls reporting the blaze at a mid-terraced shop. Flames have spread to the first floor and above, showing just how fierce the fire is.
“The fire has involved the first floor and the floors above, suggesting the intensity of the blaze. We currently have 12 fire engines and around 80 firefighters on scene. The cause is not yet known.” – London Fire Brigade
Road Closures and Travel Chaos
