Phoebe, a one-year-old Cavalier King Charles spaniel, was reportedly stolen from a garden in Lenham Road, Headcorn. The theft happened between 5pm and 6pm on Friday 14 May 2021. The pooch was last seen sporting a purple collar and boasts a striking black and tan coat.
