A 72-year-old man has today been banned from the road and given a curfew after causing the death of a biker
At around 1.30pm on May 19th 2019 Stewart Anthony’s Toyota Yaris collided with a Triumph motorcycle on New Road, Burnley. [block_2] Paramedics attended the scene but sadly the rider of the motorcycle, who has since been named as Chris Raw, 62, from Huddersfield, died at the scene.
The motorcyclist was flown to Derriford Hospital by the Cornwall Air Ambulance with life threatening injuries.
At approximately 14.37pm on Friday 4th December police were informed of a road traffic collision on the B3266 nr St Tudy, involving a Gas Gas motorcycle and a Citroen Berlingo van. [block_2] The motorcyclist was flown to Derriford Hospital by the Cornwall Air Ambulance with life-threatening injuries. The van driver received minor injuries.
