Man Remanded after Arson attack at City Block of Flats
A man has appeared before Portsmouth City magistrates following a blaze that left Five people needing hospital treatment. He entered no plea before magistrates at the short appearance on Saturday. Arrandale was remanded and will appear at again on the 28th October 2016.
