Celebrity MasterChef returns to BBC One this summer with an all-star line-up of comedy legends, world champion sporting heroes, multi award-winning musicians and stars of screen and stage who will be battling it out for the coveted Celebrity MasterChef 2022 title. Following on from a hugely successful MasterChef final earlier this year, Celebrity MasterChef features four heat weeks concentrating on whittling down the celebrities; testing their abilities until only the best go through to the final stages. The series will once again feature an array of cookery challenges designed to stretch the celebrities’ culinary ability to their limits including the returning challenges in the heat rounds; Under The Cloche, The Street Food Challenge and Dinner Party Dish. Then the top celebrity cooks face the nerve-racking and exhilarating challenges during the Semi and Final Week stages. Post pandemic, this series sees our Semi-Finalists and Finalists face challenges cooking for large numbers of people including a special centenary challenge to mark 100 years of the BBC.
