Man Stabbed on Seaside Resort Street in Early Morning Attack
Police were scrambled to Dickson Road in the resort town at 4.25 a.m. on Friday, June 10, after a man was found unconscious with a stab wound to his chest.
The victim, a man in his twenties, was rushed to Victoria Hospital in Blackpool for urgent treatment.
Two Arrested After Public Appeal
Following a public plea for information, authorities arrested a 31-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman in Scotland.
Christopher Binnie, 31, and Nicola O’Neill, 39, both homeless, face serious charges.
Wounding With Intent Charges Filed
- Both accused have been charged under Section 18 for wounding with intent.
- The Crown Prosecution Service approved the charges.
- They are set to appear at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, June 15.
