Investigators are appealing for information after a 64-year-old man was left with life-threatening injuries in Salford. The incident occurred on Bolton Road in Swinton, near McDonald’s, at approximately 18.15 GMT on the evening of November 2.
According to Greater Manchester Police, the man was struck by a vehicle that failed to stop at the scene. He received initial treatment at the site of the incident and was subsequently transported to a hospital, where he remains in critical.
Authorities are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident, possess dash-cam footage, or were present in the area at the time to come forward with any relevant information. The Serious Collision Investigation Unit of GMP can be contacted at 0161 856 4741, quoting log number 2833-2/11/23.
