Man, 64, Seriously Injured in Hit-and-Run Near Salford McDonald’s

A 64-year-old man is fighting for his life after being hit by a car on Bolton Road, right by the McDonald’s in Salford. The crash took place at around 6.15pm on November 2.

Driver Flees the Scene

Greater Manchester Police say the vehicle didn’t stop after striking the man. Emergency crews treated him at the scene before rushing him to hospital, where his condition remains critical.

Police Launch Hit-and-Run Appeal

Officers are urgently asking anyone who saw the crash, has dashcam footage, or was nearby at the time to step forward with info. The Serious Collision Investigation Unit can be contacted on 0161 856 4741, quoting log number 2833-2/11/23.
