Following a post-mortem examination, the death of Stuart McGeachie is now being treated as murder. The incident occurred on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, in Rutherglen, Scotland.
Police were called to Farmeloan Road, near the junction with Victoria Street, at approximately 19.00 BST in response to reports of a disturbance. It was discovered that Mr. McGeachie, a 38-year-old man, had been assaulted outside a premises on Farmeloan Road. He managed to make his way to a nearby flat, where he was later pronounced dead.
